Ordering Goods

Orders can only be placed by people legally able to engage in a contract. Any order placed by you via this Web Site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.

Your ability to purchase products and services from this website may be suspended or terminated at any time by us without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who are over 18 and can make legally binding contracts.

No Shipping to PO Box Address, customers need to provide physical shipping address for delivery.
Proof of Identity is required for all orders above $5,000, this verification is only required once for each registered customer.

Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST)

All orders placed within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). The majority of bullion products are GST free however some items may attract the GST and Bullion List is obliged to collect it. All prices listed on the site, include the GST if applicable. All International Orders are GST free.

Payment Options

Payment to Bullion List must be provided using a credit card, bank transfer (direct deposit), bank cheque, or Australian Post money orders. Credit card orders for any amounts are reviewed on an order by order basis. Large credit card orders may be subject to additional documentation or screening and are subject to our approval. Therefore, we recommend paying by one of the other methods on orders more than $2,500.

Credit Card Security.

First time customers paying by Credit Card may be asked to provide payment by bank transfer. This will not apply once your identity has been established. This is required to reduce the instances of fraud.

Pricing

Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services may change from time to time. Bullion List retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.

Delivery of Goods

Due to the valuable nature of our products, we require a signature from an authorised person for your delivery at your nominated delivery address. Products will be deemed received by you, if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address. Insurance applies until the order is delivered to your nominated address. Delivery details must include a daytime contact telephone number. Post Office boxes cannot be used for deliveries by FedEx but are acceptable for deliveries by Australia Post.

Cancellation of Orders

Once we have accepted your order, all prices are locked-in whether buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to enter into buying and/or selling transactions, accepting the risks involved only to have them cancelled. However, we realise rare situations happen where orders need to be cancelled. Should you elect to cancel your order, you must do so during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Australian eastern time Monday – Friday. All cancellations are subject a $45.00 cancellation fee.

Complaints

Bullion List takes complaints very seriously. Our number one aim is to give the best service in the marketplace. Once a complaint has been received and assessed, a reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.
