Bullion List Ordering Policies

Price Confirmations and Binding Agreement

Once you have placed an order to buy or sell with Bullion List Pty. Ltd. ("Bullion List"), you have entered into a legal and binding agreement.

Buy: When ordering online, the price at which your order is submitted is the locked-in price. An order confirmation number will be sent to the email address listed in your account. You must ensure that your payment is dated within 24 hours to guarantee your price. For new customers, we require you to confirm that payment has been sent by providing us with a copy of the receipt you received from your bank (such as an internet banking receipt).

Sell: Bullion List will only purchase bullion products from you after we have received them. Once a purchase price or rate is agreed upon and we have received the bullion from you, the price is locked in for you and the transaction may not be reversed, only offset at our current buy price. We require all items purchased from you to be shipped to us and for you to provide us with a tracking number so we know the product is on the way.

Payment Options

Payment to Bullion List must be made via bank transfer for Australian customers or wire transfer for international customers. We DO NOT accept payment by credit card, debit card, personal cheque, company cheque, bank draft, PayPal, MoneyGram or Western Union.
Large orders may be subject to additional documentation or screening and are subject to our approval.

Payment Instructions

Payment instructions will be issued on the final page of your ordering process and again by email after you place your order. Payment must be within 24 hours of your order date. Bullion List reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these requirements. Bullion List only accepts COD payments under $5,000 for orders being collected in person from our office. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable or of significant risk to Bullion List, regardless of payment method and price confirmation.

Cancellation of Orders

Once we have issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked-in whether buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to enter into buying and/or selling transactions, accepting the risks involved only to have them cancelled. However, we realise that rare situations occur where orders need to be cancelled. Should you elect to cancel and/or offset your order, you must do so during our normal business hours of 10:00 - 4:00 AEST Monday - Friday.

All cancellations are subject to our market loss policy plus a AUD$85.00 administration fee. Cancellations may only be approved over the telephone. At that time, if any market loss to Bullion List has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the AUD$85.00 administration fee. If applicable, you will need to pay any market loss by bank transfer and we will invoice you for the outstanding amount. No future orders may be permitted until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Bullion List.
