The limited mintage of 50,000 of 1oz Perth Mint Bullion Lunar Pig silver gilded coin. The design of the coin is a domesticated or pet pig, which is pink with black markings typically, four piglets around it, between stylised foliage. It celebrates this social, inquisitive and highly brainy animal.
The design also incorporates the Chinese character for ‘pig’, the inscription ‘Year of the Pig’ and The Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ mintmark.
