These are odd-weight bars which weigh around 15kg. Manufactured to a very rough standard for use in industrial applications, exact weights can range from 12.5kg to 16kg. Initial orders are based on an assumed weight of 15kg with any difference in the bar you'll receive either refunded to you in cash (where the bar weighs less than 15kg) or added to a revised invoice (where the bar weighs more than 15kg).
You only pay for the exact amount of silver you receive.
